Bryant is an exceptional realtor who handled the sale of my land with expertise and a ton of patience. Challenging situations for this listing presented themselves from the beginning in the form of unhappy people neighboring the property for sale who preferredthe property didn’t sell and remain vacant. Despite their best creative efforts to turn away and strongly discourage prospective buyers and their realtors, Bryant was able to employ amazing people skills and work out solutions to get the land sold. I was amazed at everything thrown at him that he dealt with successfully and with a great attitude to get my land sold. You could find no better realtor in the area if you are looking to buy or sell any property. As a plus, we had an epic closing experience!
