Public Schools

North Carolina Grayson County residents are very proud to be served by the Ashe County Schools district. The school motto is to “challenge young minds to soar,” and they have been proudly doing that with their school programming and curriculum since the late 1800s.

Central Location

Located both in Virginia and North Carolina, Grayson County is known as the “coolest corner.” While Grayson County seems remote, you can also stay connected lots of other amazing North Carolina and Southern Virginia locations. In fact, you can travel to Mount Airy in a little over an hour!
